Meetings with the principal owners revealed that Finest Capital was an unknown in sea of other loan companies. They needed to create consumer confidence, recognition and trust in this new company.

Goal: Position the law firm as a personal law firm who commits to developing long-term relationships with their clients.

Strategy: Focus on their local market, rollout the new look across all points of media, therefore reaffirming customer loyalty.

Brand Position
Meetings with the partners revealed that their law firm was not standing out, despite the well-sized staff and long list of dedicated clients. Since much of their cases come from word of mouth recommendations, their lack of a strong presence left them unnoticed by potential customers and forgotten by existing ones. Their templated black and white business cards, lack of a website and uninspiring print collateral did nothing for brand retention -- especially since none seemed to exist.

Bellport Chamber of Commerce

Goal: Position the Chamber as the most effective local non-profit organization capable of driving foot traffic into town.

Strategy: Focus on the local community of both residents and business owners -making them aware of the events and fundraisers the Bellport Chamber hosts throughout the year; increase membership; restore confidence in the local business community.

Brand Position
Discussions with the president and chamber board revealed that few people knew what events or initiatives the Bellport Chamber was responsible for. The Officers and Board members, although extremely skilled in each of their fields, did not have the capability to form and maintain a fully informative website. Lack of branding left the Bellport Chamber unnoticed in all their goodwill endevours. Lack of print collateral left a dwindling membership not knowing the true benefits of belonging to the chamber.

The Bellport Chamber of Commerce is now recognized as the event leader in town. Their initiatives are broadcasted on their website, as well as repeated across posters, radio, mailings and event programs. RazorShark developed a very informative yet attractive website, complete with Member Directory, Member Benefits, Chamber Initiatives for the year, Fund Raising using PayPal and much, much more. Print collateral repeats the icon of the Bellport Fence - a mark that best represents the Bellport Chamber and the charm of the town. The website sends a message to "Invest in your community. Shop locally" and informs visitors of where to eat, sleep, explore, etc. Upcoming events are displayed on the new online calendar. Because of these efforts, membership has dramatically increased and consumer confidence in Bellport is on the rise.
