We are seeking an experienced PHP Web Developer who will be able to work with management, understand complex business objectives, and then transform those goals into code. We are looking for an independent, professional, enthusiastic individual with great communication skills for projects ranging from custom content management systems, to ecommerce sites (both custom and using Zen Cart/OSCommerce).
You must be comfortable working on many site initiatives including: shopping cart, payment gateway, checkout process, customer database, customer & administrative interfaces, affiliate systems, loyalty/rewards programs and more.
Requirements:
- In-depth and proven understanding of PHP and MySQL
- Knowledge of ASP and/or .NET a plus
- Understanding of shopping cart technologies (Ideally
osCommerce/ZenCart)
- Hands-on experience with all phases of e-commerce development
- Proven capabilities in data management, online security, and planning for the safeguard of sensitive information
- Understanding of web and browser-related issues
- Be able to work with existing code
- Thoroughly review all work prior to delivery
- You must be organized and efficient, but above all honest and reliable
- Have a passion to write good, clean code and with the ability to get things done very quickly at all hours of the day
- The desire and ability to suggest ideas and strategies to management and to implement them
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience developing dynamic web sites and or applications with a mastery of Internet technologies.

Consulting Sales Professional
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years in an IT consulting sales and/or business development role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas annually
-Strongly prefer (but not mandatory) an additional 2-4+ years as an IT implementation consultant or manager delivering technology infrastructure solutions
-Demonstrated ability to develop business and sell by teaming with license sales and alliance partners a plus
-Possesses excellent business skills and can position, develop, and sell "solutions" which solve specific client business problems
-Strong client account management skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizing skills
-High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
-Proficient in proposal development, contract negotiation, and sales methodology (sales process)
-BS/BA in business, engineering, or MIS related field preferred but not required; MBA is a plus
-Experience in marketing strongly recommended.
RazorShark is looking for a charismatic, self-driven and entrepreneurial leader to sell the Company’s on-line backup marketing infrastructure / professional services solutions. The ideal candidate has at least two to three years of sales experience but also has experience as an IT implementation consultant.
We use a consultative selling approach where the salesperson must be able to ask the right questions to determine key client requirements and follow up by proposing the right solution, either alone or with the help of supporting resources.
You must thrive on the challenge of selling solutions that are not “shrink-wrapped” but require significant creativity in the sales process. In addition, given that RazorShark ’s solutions are often marketed to its clients’ IT executives, experience or education in marketing is a significant plus.
